What happens next.
Every request goes to the person who runs that product, not a queue. Here is the path.
A specialist replies
Extraction requests go to a solutions engineer, managed requests to the delivery team, Aperture to a pricing expert, MCP and AI to the platform team. You get a person and two proposed times.
Feasibility per source
For managed and AI requests we test your actual sources: reachability, anti-bot, login, rendering, geography, proxy cost. You get a yes or a no per source, in writing.
Price and a date
A scoped proposal with the commercial basis (per query, per source, per corpus or a licence), the SLA where one applies, and the date of first delivery. Typically two to three weeks for a first order.
Other ways in.
Not everything needs a sales call.
Security and procurement
Questionnaires, DPAs, MSAs and vendor onboarding. We have done this many times; send the paperwork.

Before you write.
Four answers that save a round trip.
Do I need a call to buy?
No. Self-service plans from $199 a month and the MCP are bought online with a free trial and free calls. Sales is for enterprise volumes, managed programs, Aperture, corpora, or procurement paperwork.
How fast can you start?
Self-service: today. Managed: feasibility per source in days, a first order typically delivering within two to three weeks of signature. Aperture: first matched market view on the call, full program in two to three weeks. Corpora: a pilot slice before commitment.
Can you handle sites behind logins or heavy anti-bot?
Yes, under managed programs and on the Advanced self-service tier. Tell us which sources; feasibility is confirmed per source before anything is quoted.
Where are you?
Import.io is headquartered in San Francisco with delivery and engineering across the United States and Europe. Enterprise accounts have a named engineer and a CSM in a working time zone that overlaps yours.
