Customer: WINwarehouse

WINwarehouse connects nonprofit organizations with excess office furniture and equipment inventory from corporate donors, and both benefit. In 2016, WINwarehouse started using to get data for populating their online after-marketplace. Prior to, they spent dozens of hours a week finding descriptions and technical specs for the office equipment and furniture donated from corporations. was working well, but WINwarehouse desperately needed to automate their end-to-end business process, collecting data from their suppliers and augmenting it with data collected with They contacted Professional Services for help. The new automation process combined 4 manual processes into one automated process, saving about 9 labor hours per month. It took a 10-hr/month process and turned it into a 1-hr/month process.
